This cake was made for a wedding tasting.
I like to do one of a kind cakes for weddings, birthdays or for any special occasion.
Everything is custom to fit your taste buds. I work with my clients to create a heavenly treat taylored to your dessert desires!! We can then schedule a tasting where I will make a small version of the treats you will be having at your big event.
I like to create every dessert we make at This Little Cookie from scratch.
This cake is made from a rich buttery spice cake layered with cream cheese frosting flavored with maple, orange zest and a hint of spice and the middle layer in the cake refreshes the palat with a vibrant orange cream.

Celebration!!

Hello everyone!
I just wanted to post a picture of the latest creation by This Little Cookie.
This cake is an Almond Blackberry cake. Oh how we love the summer season here.
All kinds of fresh berries and stone fruit.
The cake is layers of almond cake soaked in amaretto with fresh blackberry buttercream icing.
A little treat to munch on while celebrating with the Shiny Toy Guns in San Francisco.
